Sorry, no refunds are offered. All sales are final. Due to the risk of fraud, only tour exchanges will be granted in the case of a dispute. All information presented is accurate and up-to-date, however prices are subject to change. Locations in Dalian maintain regular 9am to 5pm business hours. Due to holidays, weather conditions, construction, and governmental matters, these sites can close without prior notice, or be overly crowded. These Self-Guided or Self-Service Tour plans are all designed to be accomplished in a single 8 hour day, with a balanced and reasonable allotment of time. However, users are free to go at any pace, and focus time depending on interest. Some tours require a minimum level of physical fitness. No responsibility is taken for any effect from a pre-existing medical condition, and users are reminded to follow common sense. Discover Dalian is only selling a tour plan, an outline for independent travelers to follow. No claim, guarantee, or warranty is made other than the supply of this information.
